Vinyasa Flow

Moderate Intensity No Heat

Vinyasa is a dynamic, flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement. Classes vary in intensity but always move with rhythm and intention.

What to expect

Expect a creative sequence that flows from pose to pose. The instructor will guide you through sun salutations, standing poses, and a calming cool-down.

Anyone who wants a moving, breath-centered practice

Yin Yoga

Low Intensity No Heat

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. Poses are held for 3–5 minutes in stillness.

What to expect

Long-held, passive floor poses. Silence and stillness. Expect to feel a deep, sometimes intense stretch. Props are used generously.

Best for

Stress relief, flexibility, meditation, winding down

Balance in Motion

Moderate Intensity No Heat

Balance in Motion is an upbeat, music-driven yoga class that blends dynamic movement, strength, and flow. Expect an energizing practice that builds heat, boosts endurance, and leaves you feeling strong, cantered and uplifted.

Upbeat music, athletic yoga flows, balance challenges and full-body movement. Modifications are offered throughout.

Best for

Building strength, improving balance, releasing stress and anyone who just loves to move to the beat!

Restorative Yoga

Low Intensity No Heat

Restorative yoga uses props to fully support the body in gentle poses held for several minutes. It's a practice of deep rest and nervous system recovery.

What to expect

Very little effort required. You'll be supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Classes are quiet, warm, and deeply relaxing.

Stress recovery, burnout, injury recovery, sleep issues

Hot Yoga

High Intensity Hot

Hot yoga is practiced in a heated room (95–105°F). The heat promotes flexibility, detoxification, and a more intense cardiovascular challenge.

A warm, humid room. Sweat — a lot of it. A structured or flowing sequence. Expect to feel challenged and energized.

Building endurance, deep stretching, detoxification

SHiNE dance

Dance fitness that pairs today's hottest music with simple, high-energy routines that make everyone feel like a dancer.

A diverse and exhilarating fitness experience with something for everyone.

Releasing stress, having fun and anyone who just loves to move to the beat!

Gentle Yoga

Chair Yoga
