Twin, and mom of twins! Self care is one of the most important things any person can do.

I'm Miranda, a certified yoga teacher. I also hold certifications in chair yoga and children's yoga, which allows me to teach students of all ages, bodies and abilities.

As the founder of Balance Room, I am passionate about helping others along their fitness journey anyway that I can!

Donnie began practicing yoga part-time in 2017 as a way to navigate the stress and trauma that came with his career in law enforcement. What started as a personal tool for healing quickly grew into a passion for sharing yoga with others in high-stress professions. In 2021, Donnie completed a 60-hour training with Yoga For First Responders, equipping him to teach trauma-informed classes tailored to those who serve on the front lines. He went on to complete his 200-hour yoga teacher training through Limitless Yoga Studio in 2022. Donnie currently teaches at Limitless Yoga Studio and The Phoenix Wichita. His classes are slower-paced, with a strong emphasis on modifications—creating a welcoming and supportive space for all levels and abilities. Drawing from his own journey, Donnie is passionate about helping others find resilience and balance through yoga, both on and off the mat.
